John Ribadeneyra, MD

John Ribadeneyra, MD, is a board-certified family physician. He provides compassionate and effective care to patients at Pavilion Family Medicine in Montrose, Colorado. Dr. Ribadeneyra was born in Quito, Ecuador, and grew up in Chicopee, Massachusetts. He earned a bachelor’s degree in biology and a master’s degree in neuroscience and behavior. After graduating, Dr. Ribadeneyra decided on medical school. He received his Doctor of Medicine from Ross University School of Medicine in Barbados and completed his residency in family medicine at Hackensack UMC Mountainside in Glen Ridge, New Jersey. Dr. Ribadeneyra is board-certified with the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Ribadeneyra’s love for the mountains prompted him to move from the East Coast to Montrose and purchase Pavilion Family Medicine. At the practice, he prides himself in making sure every patient receives knowledgeable and personalized medical care. Dr. Ribadeneyra strives to educate his patients about maintaining a healthy lifestyle and disease prevention. He recognizes the importance of the doctor/patient relationship in ensuring his patient’s needs and expectations are always met.

Deanna Brown, FNP

Deanna was born and raised in rural Kansas. After receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Missouri Southern State University, Deanna worked 4 years in a Medical Surgical Unit at St John’s Regional Medical Center. After moving to Montrose, she worked at Montrose Regional Health for 6 years in the Medical Surgical Unit and 3 years in the Intensive Care Unit. Deanna received her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Loyola University New Orleans. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board. Her professional interests include women’s health, disease prevention and health promotion among all age groups.
